There are a few places that are a couple of blocks away. These include the Flatiron Deli on Georgia Ave, the Honest Pint off Lindsay St. and Jefferson's on Georgia Ave.
Yes. There's a place called Jefferson's within walking distance.
Jeffersons is one of the most pathetic chains to come out of the skid row of Alabama football "sports" bars. (the sport is horrible service and food at astronomical prices). the flat iron deli, while wholesomely local and vintage, only does a limited late breakfast and a very busy lunch. it serves the fine men and women that serve Chattanooga doling out or protecting from "Justice" (correct spelling j$$$$$e" if you want local options to the soldiers and sailors auditorium, try the UJ (UNIVERSAL JOINT), the honest pint, hair of the dog, etc. of course, realize that these establishments are owned by the same families that brought downtown "back" after they strangled out any other establishment within a few blocks. also the Sons, daughter's, and friends of the judges, lawyers, and former mayors of Chattanooga. but hey, coincidence is kinky (or is that spelled Kinsey....Ramsey? no, can definitely kinky) so..... bon appetit. someone has to keep those lookout mountain vaults full!
