07/09/22 around 8:45am - I walk in the 3 staff members look at but don’t greet me or say anything. I sit for 5 minutes and still no one has said anything to me. Finally one of the crew members ask me “Dine or Takeout” I say takeout and she responds “We can’t do takeout orders” so I’m thinking why ask if you can’t do them. They need staff members with better attitudes and better customer service skills.

Kristy the manager was sooo rude to ppl. That was my first time ever eating at that waffle house. She didn't want to tell me her name and she is the manager. Another worker had to tell me her name. I wanted my steak cooked well done and she told the cook medium well. She was intentionally very rude. I would not recommend her to work for anyone with a attitude like that. I will not be back to you all establishment. You definitely lost a good customer.

I asked for cream n sugar twice. I didn't ask again due to the look the waitress gave me.They were out of drinks except one or two. The employees seemed ok but, that would've been my last night. I felt bad bc that's tip money they probably need. Management might need to order things to serve.

This is how my waffle was served and it was hard. They cared more about conversations between each other and going through receipts than they did the cleanliness of the restaurant and the customers. The only good thing going for them is a polite young man named Harris. The waffle was removed from the ticket. We go to a few different waffle houses in the area and this was by far the worst experience.
