I go between 5:30 and 6 am and it's fine. I don't use the tanning beds, there is no sauna but they have showers and hydro massages. Check it out for yourself?
I go around 4 and it's nice and calm. It picks up around 5 but it's never bad! You can tan whenever! No sauna. They have nice showers and hydro massages though :) Join the family!
No sauna or steam room. Between 5-7 on the weekdays it's fairly busy.
Tanning beds are open all the time as far as I know. I've never seen them closed.
