In addition to my previous post, I'll say that Cartel specializes in used car parts. For example, if someone knocks off your side view mirror, chances are high that you would be able to obtain it at Cartel.
"Cartel Used Car" has many many (available) different kinds of used cars ranging from year <1990 up to >2010 and beyond. It's best that you visit the lot, because you need to know the cars condition (engine, AC/Heat, exhaust pipe, body appearance, interior, etc) before you spend your money on it, especially that such pre-owned car(s) is always sold "as is" (no warranty). I believe a physical direct check by yourself is very important. I did call this store sometime ago, but the person answering the call said to me I had to come myself, as they're really too busy to explain through a telephone call.
