The owners are so incredibly helpful and friendly! I came in today looking to get my first guitar, not really knowing anything about what I should buy. They were happy to help offer advice, and asked all the right questions to help me pick the right guitar. They even taught me a couple of chords on the spot! I'll 100% be coming back here. This experience was 1,000 times better than going to one of the bigger chain music stores (I play piano already, so I know what it's like to walk into a big store and get "help" from someone who's just trying to make a sale).
