They bring the bill after, though I'm not sure if they'd change the charge depending on when you finish. It depends on whether they keep track of when customers come in. You may be able to ask for the bill earlier, though.

They charge after you eat . lunch rolls into dinner prices. UNLESS! you dont touch the dinner options and firmly insist then they will honor your arrival time
