Because dogs are awesome beings, if it doesn't bother the fur baby, don't worry about it. I say that because if YOU are not comfortable by the "new look" think of it as a badge of survival. That beautiful creature made it thru something that makes him/her more special! But if you NEED to have a prosthetic, your veterinarian should be able to refer you to a specialist IF you have one in your area. Other than that I would advise you to go online and research for a specialist. I hope that helps.
