Masa, or the cornmeal is naturally gluten free but you may want to call and ask if they put wheat flour in their recipie. If they do, which is wierd, you can call and ask for a custom batch without wheat flour.

Did anyone ever find out if the tamales are gluten free? I have tried calling several times and they dont answer in the hot food dept on the bakery doesn't know or does not speak English. We bought some for a fundraiser and cant seem to get answer from anyone. Dont want kid to be sick.
