Ok this is no problem make sure to eat a good meal before hand this helps with pain. Next ask for an artist with a light hand i suggest dylan or ric himself. what ever design you go with try to stick to thinner lines that tends to mean less needles. Good luck and enjoy!
I'm no doctor, but I'd probably say no..Seeing as you need to take something that thins your blood daily. But ask your doctor if you should, they'll give you an accurate answer. If you wanna do it anyways, I'd say get a tattoo in a place that isn't sensitive.
