If you're lucky, and it is after 7 or 8PM, you can use the parking meters for free, but during business hours, you have to pay for them. There are also parking lots that you can pay $5-$15, depending on how long you stay. Parking meters are definitely your best option. If you drive around away from the main streets, sometimes you can find free parking.
Pay for parking off street or meter pay before 6pm.
