Patrick has been referred to me and as Foo-Chow being a renowned restaurant I expected great service but what I did not expect was that Patrick not only provided service but his excellence in being prepared to take on any task completely makes him the absolute best server I have ever come to know and I would easily regard him as the best in LA.
