Food was good! But the homeless people come in to the restaurant and grab the utensils along with filling their cups from the fountain drink dispenser. Very unsanitary! You must find a solution to this matter.

Place sucks. Yeah the service is slow whatever but legit everything is mushy and gross. I've been to many other panda expresses its not supposed to be like that!
