so i signed up online and was wondering do i need to come in to pick up my membership card or will it be mailed to me?

You can pick up your new key tag at the front desk. Welcome to the PF family! 😊

You will need to go to the front desk, so they can take a photo of you. They will then issue you a barcode. It will take about 5 minutes.

You can pick it up, it won't be mailed, but if you signed up online and have a login id recommend downloading the app... when you login, your card will be there digitally... icon on the top right!
