You only have to pay during special events there is fishing. I don't know if you have to pay if you want to fish though, but I'm sure you will need to have a California fishing license.

Hi Samuel, There is no cost to enter Hagan Community Park. However, on weekends during the summer months (May-Sept.) there is a vehicle parking cost. You may purchase a multi-use, or seasonal, parking pass inside the Hagan Community Center if you plan to visit often.
