I am spending my hard earned money at dealership & there services are completely dishonest & lie ! I took my Car to check Battery under warranty for 100 months !! & service people lied that its Starter issue!!! I went to my Regular mechanic & he said Batteries Amps are way lower & needed to Replace !! Just Honda service didn’t wanted to Honor the Pro-Rate price ?? They mis guided & lied to me. 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈Never ever !! Good bye

Super friendly and courteous. Small snafu when the cashier told me my car was outside but then didn't give me my keys, but hey... we all survived somehow. Gentleman checking me in seemed new, but was nice. Other guy who seemed to run the Service Dept. helped him out and that guy is awesome. I wasn't paying enough attention to get names, but they should all get raises.

I would go to a glass company in Rancho Cordova and use a part from a recycler. I gave up on the dealer after 5 trips to try to get satisfactory results.
Yes. The parts dept. is open on Saturday until 6 PM. They are closed on Sundays however.
Brian, Google thought your questions important enough to send to another Google user who recently visited Folsom lake Honda.I don't know that I can answer your questions, but they seem as though they should be presented to the management there. I've never encountered the difficulties that you have experience there.

There's a Honda repair place on Sunrise about a mile past Costco, it's located almost next to a massive junk yard that separates their vehicles by manufacturer... between the two I'm betting you can find your bumper... good luck.
