As far as my knowledge goes it's been oh wow for 25+ years. Not really sure that was there before sorry.
It was a movie theater, the pizza place is now goodwill. My step dad told me all about it last time we were there. If you look at the window behind the counter when you first walk in you can still see the classic circle ticket booth hole in the window.
I was thinking 1977-1979 ish.
