On 4/29 I called to report a accident. I spoke with several people inc a officer. Everyone was very polite and understanding. Thay were helpful, didn’t rush me and I was very impressed. Nowdays that’s hard to find.

My recent experience with two officers truly made me realize how useless these two officers exactly were. First, they approached with attitude and as if we were the ones being called on. Secondly, as we explained what was going on, they were telling us that we could do something that we weren't comfortable with doing and didn't want to do so the situation didn't escalate. Lastly, they didn't help resolve anything at all! We were basically forced to handle the situation on our own after their brief visit of maybe a total of 5 minutes which most of it was spent being extremely rude to us. Not to mention the dispatcher that answered my call was rude as also. She wasn't as bad as the other ones who have answered before.
