Worst experience of my life, for a year they didn't help me open a benefit claim and I don't own a computer or have access to any. Not to mention I'm computer illiterate and today they barely helped me update my caljobs resume and while I was on the phone with EDD the cut me off and kicked me out cause it was 5 pm without helping me

It is a very attentive government service for help, employment, education, unemployment and we must take care of it, they do not charge you anything

You can go to the office in person and receive a job search form. I personally would bring my unemployment paperwork just in case.
