Residents who live in the Town of Huntiington, Commack School district can apply for a library card at the Commack Public Library. Please call the Library at 631-499-0888 and speak to one of our circulation clerks. They will ask you your address and let you know if falls within our library district. Some parts of Commack are a part of the Town of Smithton as as such, would get a card with the Smithtown Library.
Two forms of id are needed to apply for a library card. If your license has not yet been changed to your new address, you can bring two pieces of mail with your address listed on them: bills, mortgage/lease agreement, utility account statements. No junk mail. Please call the Library at 631-499-0888 to confirm your address is within our service area as some parts of Dix Hills are in the Half Hollow Hills Library district.
Thank you for your inquiry. We are not accepting book donations at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
No. If you go to their website, you can see the Newsletter from the last tab on top, first choice. The class schedule is on page 5. Yoga, chair yoga, Stretch & Strength, and a few "dance" fitness classes (include some mat work and weights).
Don't know nor play cards.
I am a private citizen who uses that library. I suggest you call the library and ask the staff if there are upcoming trips.
