There was an issue with some of the materials (NO fault of this store), and the problem was resolved swiftly and with amazingly efficiency. Great customer service by Cheryl, one of the owners. We highly recommend this store for selection, price, and follow-up.

I would highly recommend going to the Bohemia location and ask for Scott. Although everyone at that store is extremely helpful. From the time I first walked into this location he took the time to show me all the different lines and what the differences were. It was never about price. He is very knowledgeable about all the flooring they sell. Keep up the good work! I will recommend the store to all my friends.
