You are able to file a restraining order and limit distance..keep a written record of dates that incidents take place and call the MPD. You may gather enough evidence to file a stalking issue. IT is sad that actual bodily harm or a shooting takes place prior to strong police action. However, we have rights, and the 1st amendment gives us freedom to speak.
