Horrible customer service

Went here today to pick up a document. Website and phone tree says their open til 4pm. Got here at 3:15 and they are closed. What a waste of time. I as well work for the County and we have to abide by certain core hours. I guess I will leave work again to come back at a earlier time and hope their not closed.
