Hi. I just happened on this site and saw your question. Go to your primary dr and ask to see a social worker. The dr will send you to one. Then tell the social worker your exact situation and help you with all that you need. I see your post was from 8 months ago....if you haven't received help yet....I pray that you did get the help you deserve!! May be this answer will help someone else too.

I still haven't got a answer is there any help in Stockton for terminally I'll disabled and homeless now. I was thrown out to the dogs after living in my place for 10 years. My security is gone now. Stockton needs more assistant for people who have hardship. And dying. That's sad. The rest of my days I'm 47 worked all my life. I have paid my dues and some and my last dayz are living on the streets stressed out waiting to die. What a way to die. Stockton sucks they help who they want to help. They have let me suffer and could care less if I live or die. Born and raised in this city. This is how you get treated?? Thank you so much for your advice the only sdvise ive received from anyone. Im still homeless. Ive lost my section 8 my in home care my dignity my will to live all for no reason to put me out of my home after i lived there for 10 +. I think is so cruel and in humane those people dont know what they have done to me, nor do they care. This info will get me to step 1.
