This place never answers their phones but if you physically go there the lady at the front desk does her best to get you in to see a specialist. She's friendly and for the most part will remember you. Maybe because I went there so many times in the same month. Being persistent really helped. Thank you.

I had three interviews with their staff by phone, filled in paperwork, received notification one payment of rent, eSign then called back with questions then. They don't answer their phone, don't return your messages.

This program has never helped me! I have tried to get help from them more than 5 times in 4 years, and never once even received a call back! The positive reviews on here have to be fake, or the people who work here only help people they know! The ladies that work here always seem irritated and like you’re bothering them! The requirements for qualification are not what they say it is! Because no matter what your situation is they never approve your application!

I have a rescue dog she helps with my anxiety and panic attacks S do you have any thing. That takes pets takes dogs
Its hard to get thru to them on the phone i rather show up in person...in my case i was staying in a shelter in lodi with my 3 children for about a month and my counselor from the shelter sent a referral over to them and it took about 2 weeks for me to get everything done on my "to-do" list that they require after that they give you a month to find housing that was the hard part but if you are serious and motivated you will find housing i did in 3weeks but i was out 8-4pm like a steady job looking for places
I called and this organization and does not provide low income housing rental units. For affordable housing called Visionary Home Builders 209 466-6811
Call 209 472-7200 ext 100
Is their affordable housing for single men with one child under 1200 a month
Hi. I just happened on this site and saw your question. Go to your primary dr and ask to see a social worker. The dr will send you to one. Then tell the social worker your exact situation and help you with all that you need. I see your post was from 8 months ago....if you haven't received help yet....I pray that you did get the help you deserve!! May be this answer will help someone else too.
How can I get help with my pg&e bill ?
There rude and liars so who does someone go to so that there not being clowned. This program has lied about to much. An I die for causing me to stress and putting my life in danger Help dont give me a shovel Help
If you have a 3day pay rent or quit notice i believe they help you with that
Did you find help?
3 months ?
You need to call Central Valley Housing on March Lane and ask them
I think they do help
Definitely a good place ! Ask for Stefanie
Not here you cant
Yes I herd they do , I'm myself trying to get ahold of them regarding help getting a place to live instead of my car so if you know how to get ahold of central valley housing I would really appreciate it if you told me how
Go to the office ...it is behind taco bell on March lane by I5...They are working from home and I myself am having a hard time getting ahold of them. They have emails and numbers posted. They want Id or anyone over 18, Income, socials, and 3 day notice.
You need to call the agency and speak with someone about the different programs they have. I am not sure about Central Valley Housing but most agencies require you to be a current resident within the county in order to receive rental assistance.
