Ok sooo I’m stillll currently waiting in the parking lot after being told it would take an hour and a half to complete at 12:15. Then was told at about 12:43 it would be about another 47 mins. I went in shortly after I called just to verify. I was then told another hour due to it being lunch time. I go in an hour later at 3:00 and was told it’s still printing. She said the printing process takes 40-45 mins. So I go back in at 3:30 and was told MAYBE at 4 because the printed my banner with everyone else’s, mind you I’m the only one here waiting! I proceed to ask, ok so how long before I should come back and she said she don’t know because it’s full color, So it is now 3:46 and I’m waiting to see what happens next. Oh and I had to be in Antioch by 3:30 for an event. Smh so unprofessional!
