They do not have wheelchairs to my knowledge. the paths are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs or scooters as long as you don't mind the gravel paths.
The Garden does have a couple of wheelchairs specifically designed with larger wheels for outdoor use. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We have many visitors come every year and visit in wheelchairs. We welcome your visit.
Definitely bring your own wheelchair. The paths are gravel, hopefully your wheelchair can roll over it it easily.
