WHY IS IT THAT HAVING A TARP ROLLED UP ON TOP OF THE TRUCKS, THE DRIVERS DON'T COVER THE LOADS AND AVOID MORE THAN ONE DAMAGE TO THE WINDSHIELDS COMING BEHIND???

State law does not require tarping of commodity loads such as natural resources. Perhaps you should stay back more than 200 feet to insure you are at a safe following distance.

I believe in Idaho if they are on paved roadways they need to be tarped
