Everything seemed great. Reputable dealer. They seemed to have inspected entire vehicle. But upon further inspection 1 tire was miss matched with the other 3. This caused my tires to wear faster and bubble up putting my family at risk. Now im out almost $800 when i shouldnt be needing to buy tires within a year of ownership. Great people but be careful when purchasing from them.

I don't typically leave reviews but in this case I think it's warranted. I took my Tundra in for a loud noise that occurs after start up. First visit I was told it was the serpentine belt which was replaced. Two days later the noise is still there so I take the vehicle back in for service. This time I was told it was the tensioner bolt which was then replaced. A few days later the noise is still there. I emailed the service rep and after a week he finally get's back to me and says I need to take it back in and let him know what day works etc. I respond and now he won't respond. So basically I paid over $700 for repairs I didn't need and now I'm being ignored. Sounds like a trend with this service department based on the reviews. I was going to buy a new Tundra from Peterson but after this I'm staying away and will buy from someone else.
