Big O Tires

I waited a minute before writing my review because I wasn't sure how to express my gratitude. I had my front brakes done at another company and my rear brakes done at Big O. The front brakes were making a horrific sound so I took my car back to the shop who stated there was a rock between my rotor and brake pad. This fixed the issue for one day. My brakes started making a horrible grinding sound again. I brought my car to this location for a second opinion. Apparently the brake pad from the other company was the problem. These guys replaced my pads for free and I can't say thank you enough. Kindness is so rare nowadays and this literally made me cry. Not only is the customer service top notch, the price and quality of work is also top notch! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

They were fantastic. I felt so bad for them because they’re really short staffed, but they didn’t let the stress of that get to them! They were so nice and helpful and even ran to another shop to grab one more tire of my size cause they only had 3. Very friendly, very personable!!
