I believe MRI brain scans are between $1500-2000 for small animals. However, I strongly suggest calling them to discuss your options and your budget before making a decision. Good luck to you and your dog!
I dont know the answer to that question. However, you can call them and talk to the relevant department coordinators who can give you an estimate. I would not say they are cheaper than other vet hospitals but they will work wirh you and they are more transparent in their treatment and recommendations than other for-profit outfits that I've experienced. I would certainly recommend talking with them. If the cost of treatment is more than you can afford ask them about alternatives and it is also worth inquiring about any ongoing clinical trials your dog might qualify for.
