Terrible experience. Brandon is an amazing salesman and made it easy for me to purchase my dream car, however the finance department has completely ruined the experience for me. I will never buy a car from here again and I suggest you don’t either. When paying off my old car we received a check that was 5 dollars short from what we agreed on. When my mother brought in the cash she was declined service and the finance manager was speaking so rudely to her she was at a loss for words. He was cutting her off mid sentence, said he should not be helping her since it was not her loan and was providing the worst customer service imaginable by not only ignoring her questions but trying to completely walk out mid conversation. I wish I could give this business a great review based on Brandon and Ben’s work as salesmen but when it comes to the financing department’s manager he has completely eradicated any good things I have to say about this place. His customer service skills are severely lacking and the way he speaks to paying customers is unacceptable.

To the reviewer "L A", your comment seems hateful and racist. You are asking if this store is in compton? Why because there is alot of hispanics and minorities that work here? You should be embarrased for posting something like that, but of course you used a fake name. Remove that racist comment. Anyway this place is good. By far the best in the sacramento area. You cant please everybody. But they get 5 stars from me.
