My EBT card was issued when I used to leave in Roseville CA. But I moved to another location .. But I finally have a place of my own here in Oroville CA. Can I just transfer my record from Roseville CA to Oroville CA?

I tried the same from Sacramento and they issued a new card. So you will likely just get a new card. Something about counties i was told makes you have to get a new card.
