Very easy to go through scanner and officers are very polite. Courthouse is organized and cases are called quickly and usually you are out of there in a reasonable amount of time.

Newer court house Employees seem to be pleasant & polite

Great place, loved being there.

Always a different judge so the corruption can be scrambled up and they pretend what they are doing isn't corrupt and illegal. Karma will eventually catch up with these sick in the head people doing people dirty and maybe then they'll finally feel bad for the damage they've done to innocent people.

Why i have a pc but butte county wants you to come in so thay can stick you in jail , yeah like I may as well bend over and slap Some butter on it and take it like a punk becouse your going to get f#$%ed , butter up first. Butt county lives up to its name
Do I have courts
Yes, the Butte County Superior Court is closed for MLK day.
You need to go in person. Butte County does keep old cases in their archives/basement. How far back, I am not sure.
You can go to the clerks window in the Chico or Oroville court house and request copies. If you don’t live in the area you can go to the website and download a copy request form, fill it out and mail it in. The phones are open Monday through Friday from 8am until 4pm, please call for any assistance needed. Family Law documents are stored at the Chico court house, the Oroville court house can have copies scanned over, it just takes a few minutes longer.
I agree with the cameraman answer on that ur question.
Yes absolutely. The file is in Chico but I just got a copy of mine there.
Go to court house, go to traffic and they will tell you everything you need to know.
Yes. They have masks available at the front entrance as well.
Court house will still be open. The last thing you want in the middle of a pandemic is for the government to cease operations.
You can search for cases on the court's website. If it's a family law matter, it should be listed by the parent's name. If it's a dependency (CPS) matter, those are confidential. You would have to visit the juvenile clerk at the courthouse and see if you're eligible to get that information.
Go to the court clerk's office and ask. Not sure what kind of "medical form" you're talking about.

These questions go to the public. You can look up your name on the quick search. This will show any open court cases against you. That includes if any warrants have been issued agaisnt you.
Clerk's office inside the court house.
These questions go to the public... not the courthouse. The description stated that. You literally asked a public form for the time of your court appearance. You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourself.
Go to the courthouse nearrst you. Ask for directions to the SHARP representative. Thry will assist you.
Google it. These questions go to the public
