WiFi cones with an internet connection a lot of business have WiFi such as Wal-Mart and MacDonald but cellular you have to have a service like Sprint T-Mobile or AT&T for examples

Using Wi-Fi you have to be near and connected to Wi-Fi hotspot. Must be in range. Cellular works like the cell phone, just need to have cell service to use it.

Should be able to use both, no cost on just WiFi. Cellular you'll pay or use card to load cell phone once a month.
