Why is it that your Ukiah location will not answer telephone calls beyond the greeting message. When trying to direct a call to the location needed, such as tire department, there is only the perpetual ringing tone. There is no reason for this.

I just want to say to everybody Walmart has an employee problem they're trying to train people but as I went to the back bathroom I heard them at the back counter telling their employees that they got to pick up their work and do the work right help the customers but this is a problem everywhere I go there's always employee problems and sometimes the employees don't come to work that makes some manageable have to double up or triple up on their work but that's something since the coronavirus we have to put up with it's all over like I always have to like train some of the people myself as I do business picking up my possible that I need there it's a problem with every Walmart every other store every quick food Denny's even has problems with employees coming into work so it's all over we just have to put up with it.max.

The tire department doesn't usually have someone at the counter that is to why you can't get ahold Tire department. Usually the person is out on the floor cleaning the car department of it.

Well Ken now that we all know there's problem since covid-19 employee problems everywhere actually with every kind of business besides Walmart there's a health problem people don't show up in that causes more stress anxiety and work on managers so they just can't get to the phone they're busy on the floor.max.

Probably because people dont care. Most places are just happy to have people come to work. Ever since the covid money dispersments people have become lazy. The turnover rate is ridiculous and because of this workers are poorly trained and really dont care. Plus because there are some many people not working, they may not have enough workers.
