I have used this company many times. They have always been professional and punctual. Of course when I need to be at a destination at a specific time I call early and schedule my pickup. The drivers chat if you want to or leave you alone if you don’t want to chat. I’m a backseat driver and have not felt like I had to use this skill with them. LOL! They will even take you to Santa Rosa if needed. Great taxi service.

Absolutely terrible service 3x worse than 707 taxi. They take several calls before you, and at times despite saying they'll be there in 10-20 it'll be 45 minutes or never, forcing me to use the other guys which'll also take 20 minutes or more. They switched to an outsourced dispatchers somewhere in the indo-pacific, Then they had a robot dispatcher both equally useless, they're drivers are lazy sitting on the side of the road doing nothing, They will steal your money aswell. They've nearly cost an individual I know their job by being super late I will never use this company ever again I hope the company fails.

My ride from ukiah to upperlake was the best ever I slept and when I woke up booom baby I was there... magic I tell ya
