Well intentioned staff but none of them that I've met has ever been able to do more than read a product description. If you know what you need it's fine but don't go in this branch expecting sales staff that knows what the equipment they are selling does. It's very disappointing.

Haven't had any problems here. Customer service, in my solid honest opinion, is great. Take a deep breath and enjoy the sun and moon every day. Life is short. Peace!

I never have that problem. Sometimes a little short staffed, so slow, but never bad. Talk to the manager. He's a great guy.

Just a bunch of clueless not helpful salespeople. No contractors i know would ever shop here.
