Due to Covid Carmax is not servicing cars other than oil changes correct? I was told by service department to take my car to RepairPal mechanic and they would honor my 50.00 deductible. Is this true?

I believe so but I believe it's due to they don't have a lot of mechanics as we just bought a 2019 1500 diesel Dodge ram Blair me and we had to take it to Dodge to get it checked and for the alignment We paid for and then went back to carmax and they are supposed to be sending us a check which should be in the mall any day of the reinbursement
