Hi - on the issue of returns, if you purchased something from us online you can return it to any store, but you must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling 877-704-2425. If you purchased on Amazon, them you need to send them back to Amason for credit.
I think they do. My order was on internet (done at the store). got my delivery at the store and then returned one of the items at the store as well.
