Don’t even bother with this place. I’ve been apartment hunting for MONTHS in the Dublin, San Ramon, and Livermore area. I stumbled upon Aster and it is just beautiful! I loved the location, the price, and the apartments looked amazing. I signed up for text alerts for a few units and one became available! I got the text, hopped on the website, and applied for a 1 bed/ bath. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything. Thankfully I applied for a different apartment and got that one. But their management team is terrible. Do they not have the decency to reach out to me via call or email to let me know the status of my application process? I figured the least they could do after charging a $50 application fee is to reach out to the people who apply and don’t get it. I logged onto their website to check the status of my application, today is Aug. 23rd, the move in date was for Aug. 19th, and my application still says “waiting for property approval.” Although the property looks beautiful, I am so thankful I didn’t get it in hindsight. It’s literally their job to talk to potential new residents, answer questions, be helpful, and be professional. And they have shown me none of that.

New and modern apartment with kind staffs. Very fast maintenance service via portal website. I love this apartment except that the office is close on Monday and follow-up is slow.

I have been living here for a month and I already want to move out due to the poor management team! First off, no one listens to the phone ever, no one responds to emails, you may call 10 times, you may be lucky once and someone will pick up, but the person who picks up the phone knows nothing, and she has such a bad attitude, she will tell you Kasey knows everything, but Kasey is never there, there's always some excuse, she might be in an event, working at another places, yet she is apparently the ONLY person who can deal with new and current residents emails. Seriously it might be easier to see a celebrity, but if you are lucky enough to find her at the office, she will ask you to email her, she will keep brushing you off by saying she is very busy right now, there are hundreds of emails to reply, please be patient, and never ever get back to you no matter how urgent the matter is. Secondly, they are charging me random charges even though I have submitted my updated insurance on time, but now I keep getting charged every month because they never check emails and never care about their residents! Yes the building might be nice but if you don't want to deal with this absurd management and random bills, I suggest you find another place to live in peace.

My experience with the leasing and management team at Aster has been very upsetting and extremely unprofessional. I applied for an available apartment unit a week ago, I have all the emails saying my application has been submitted, my move in date, unit number, my application payment was made, and my credit report was pulled. I spent this whole week trying to reach the main leasing office for updates on my application and status of a lease (I wasn't going to give notice to my current place until I had an official confirmation) but my calls kept getting forwarded to the call center who then would tell me they will forward my message to the main office and I should hear back from them end of business. Not once did I get a call or email back. All the of the off-site leasing agents I spoke to this week had been able to pull up my name and see that my application was submitted until this afternoon, the two ladies I spoke with were saying my name was no longer in the system and they no longer see my application and when I went to log in myself I received an error message saying my application was canceled. I don't have the words to describe how unprofessional and disrespectful this kind of behavior is. I would caution anyone who is applying that if you live too far to drop into the leasing office to confirm your move in person immediately, rethink working with this team. I'd like to remind anyone reading this that they did charge me an application processing fee and pull my credit report only to cancel my application without any notice or reason to me. It's such a shame because the community is so nice and I would have loved to live here.

There's no separate charge for parking it's probably included in the rent. Also the top floors are more expensive.

What companies are supported for Wi-Fi and TV in the building?

Yes, all of our applicants have the ability to submit an application online via our website www.asterdublin.com and selecting "Apply" in our menu bar located on the top left corner. We also have a online payment system for all of our residents that will allow them to make online payments from the comfort of their home.

Do you require renters’ insurance?

Great question! We require all of our residents to have liability insurance and renters insurance is highly recommended to all of our residents.

Yes, we are a pet friendly community here at Aster. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home and have no weight restrictions. We ask for a monthly pet fee of $50 and a pet deposit of $500 per pet. * Breed restrictions do apply. Call for a list of the restrictions.

Hi Shawna, We have a 5 floor parking garage that is for our resident's only. We do not charge extra at this time for parking which is a great amenity to have when living in Dublin!!

Hi Shawna, Utilities are not included with the rent and are to be paid by the resident however our utilities are individually metered and not shared. Meaning you are only billed based on your usage.
