if you think you're going see the same lights you saw at Home Depot and Lowe's you are 100% wrong although I'm quite sure some were pretty pricey you can see why.. I have never seen such a variety of lamps and lights as well as BEAUTIFUL bathroom vanities and cabinets made out of glass and mirror and very quality workmanship creating what I would only call shear Elegance and if in the area I highly recommend giving it a walkthrough to see for yourself

Really appreciated the great help from customer service rep Rachel. Definitely worth the drive to see the enormous selection in the store and to get really specific technical help to build out some custom lighting for our home.

Catherine was SO helpful! We told her what we were looping for, and she honed in on her inventory and we found exactly what we needed. She was so helpful that we decided to pick her brain on another lamp that we are in need of. We did not buy the second lamp as of yet because we need to take measurements at home but will definitely be back to her to purchase another (and maybe more) lamps.

Hi - on the issue of returns, if you purchased something from us online you can return it to any store, but you must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling 877-704-2425. The store will assist you with the return and can help you find a new design. Thank you for the question!
Hi - we are sorry but that's not something we normally do. If you have an existing lamp that you need to have packaged for shipping a shipping store would probably be your best bet. Thank you for the question.
Hello there - we follow all local and state issued health orders and have put several temporary measures in place for the safety of all. These include closing stores early to allow more time for sanitizing and cleaning, following local orders to limit the number of customers allowed in our stores, promoting social distancing practices, opening early for at risk customers, and providing face coverings and sanitizing lotion to staff and employees.
Hello there - we do not do lighting or lamp repair in our stores. We can source replacement parts for the designs we sell, but we do not do repair work in our stores. Thank you for the question!
