Im not sure Gamer's HQ has an Xbox tech but I do know they have a PS tech. SUPER convenient that My console guys and my PC guys are across the street from each other. Both are the best at what they do. Great choice in asking The Computer Store.
Well Bret first off let me give you my deepest sympathy I too am a gamer and know how important it is to have a good peace of hardware but to answer your question if u have the Xbox system the first thing I would do would be to check it out with Microsoft to see if your warranty is still good but it it isn't then the computer store or gamers HQ would be my next step
