The Best Buy protection on TV’s does not cover cracked screens, nor does the manufacturers warranty. A panel can generally be replaced on a tv if that is the problem, but it’ll likely cost you at least a few hundred dollars.

Yes you can best buys warranty should cover it but if you don't have it it's usually cheaper to get a new tv than pay to have the screen replaced
