Why dont install ever answer the phone, had me on hold for 30mins and still no answer... Bad business. Spent a $1000 on my stereo and every thing stop working. My 3rd time returning in 2 months. Help please.

The thing I would do is go directly to nearest store and return the stuffs and maybe they can repair or exchange or refund, it's better when you can see the staff face to face
