I bought a Vizio TV at your store on Jan. 28. I recently started live streaming on it and all was well until the Chiefs game has come on the last two Saturday nights. I get an error message stating it can not be lived streamed. I live in central KS.

It's not your television. Chiefs games CAN'T be live streamed, it's a licensing thing.

I do not work for Best Buy. Call the store directly with questions. This is likely a restriction that the Chiefs or NFL puts on streaming providers. Check the Chiefs website for broadcast details. If your TV works on other channels, it's not a hardware problem.
