They limit the amount of people allowed in the building and space seating. The staff wear masks as well.
The seating is spaced. The wait staff doesn't bus dirty dishes, they had bussers doing that exclusively, patrons generally wore masks until their food arrived. Tables were sanitized after they were bussed and washed.
