Horrible experience. Purchased one 14" pizza with EXTRA cheese and EXTRA, EXTRA "smother the pizza" pepperoni. The price tag was $23+ (which was shocking) and when we picked it up we were stunned to see a regular amount of pepperoni (similar to what you'd see on a regular pizza any place else). I asked the guy when I picked it up "is that extra pepperoni?" He responded "yes. This location does things differently." I told him that I didn't feel like that was really enough pepperoni for the price we paid, however if that was extra then I guess I'd have to live with it. When I got the pizza out to my car and my husband saw it, he was so upset! I told him that I verified with the clerk the order (#38). My husband said "this is unacceptable. Little Caesars does better pepperoni coverage for 1/3 of the price". When he took it in, they asked if he wanted them to add more pep to the existing pie. My husband said whatever you can do to make it right but he was pretty sure they couldn't take our pie back to add more pepperoni. The guy said "that's true. Well make you a new one. Again, the replacement pizza had the same quantity of pepperoni, just a different placement.y husband knew at that point it was a losing battle and just took the pizza pie and left. We're beyond upset and angry. We feel taken advantage of. Unless someone reaches out to make this right, we won't be back to any Big Daddy's location.

Well don’t come here for your free birthday gift bc it’s nasty!! I asked for well done and they literally burnt it I even spent $20 on other food and no love at all in it, idk if it was a bad day but!! It ruined my experience here for sure!! I’d atleast come once a month when I’m starving but not no more!! I will drive my a** to victors pizza on 39th idc how hungry or tired I am they ruined it tonight!!

Please dont go here. I received a coupon in the mail for buy one get one free. I drove to the restaurant to redeem it and they wanted to charge me 12.99 for the pepperoni pizza that says $6.66 on their menu. So they wanted me to pay $12.99 for 1 and get the other one free. But clearly their menu says $6.66 for one pepperoni pizza. So I could buy two of them at $6.66 and pay the same as I would without the coupon. It makes zero sense. What is the point of the coupon then? Why do you make people drive to your restaurant when you won’t honor it at what you sell your pepperoni pizza for at $6.66. It was a red flag since I entered the restaurant. It smelled pretty bad, there was boxes everywhere, maybe it was just a sign for me to go somewhere else. And now Im giving you that sign to go elsewhere as well!

I absolutely love this location of big daddy's! They've always been quick and on top of everything and friendly. However, this is the first time I've been super dissatisfied with my order. Just finished eating our dinner that we ordered and the mozzarella sticks were so disappointing. The cheese was gone. It had either been over cooked and it all melted out or something but our ten piece of mozzarella sticks were just bread and a few little leftovers of cheese on the outside.
