It's never been out for 3 weeks. I run it everyday for hours per day sometimes. So, naturally it needs servicing and repair frequently. The panel saw service is meant for 2 to 3 rough cuts, a convenience not a free custom fabrication shop.
Depends on how busy they are usually doesn't take that long
