Are any and all health care professionals instructed to let people die even if they don't have a DNR in place?

No health care professionals would EVER be insructed to let people die. Even if they did have a DNR. Health care professionals do everything in their power to save lives. A DNR means Do Not Resuscitate. That means if a heart stops beating, do not restart it.

I do not know what their actual policy is but of the staff I know personally who work there, I do not believe they could or would stand by and watch someone die without trying to do something to help them.
