I've only been there once but I am thinking of driving the 12 hours just to explore the store more. It's totally worth it, they have SO MANY craft things. Fabric, buttons, paper, popcicle sticks, everything I have ever thought of when I been crafting.

Not for sure, you'd have to dig around for the markers and paint pens. I never went to the fabric part so I can't help with that part, sorry!
